Sukanya is a dear friend and will always be.  She adds another feather to her cap/ our relationship by being my mentor. I have tried many diets and was left tired with no positive results. I had made a resolve to just go on with my life and bear the pain. One sunny afternoon Sukmani ( as I fondly address  her) calls me and casually mentions that she can help me in this journey.I jumped into without much thought. I trusted her completely on the basis of the friendship we shared. My mentoring started on the 1st of April 2019 (yes on all fools day)with a small group of like-minded women with common goals. It is just over a year and there is no looking back. I am 30 lbs lighter and 50% pain free. Sukmani is a pillar of strength. She guides you, reprimands you and encourages you like non other. She is so focused and stays on top of things. Demanding updates like a strict boss or being your cheer leader, Sukmani does both effortlessly.Our group consists of South Indian women who love their carbs. Sukanya worked well with our needs without us ever feeling deprived. Highly recommend my dear friend Sukanya to you for your lifestyle goals. Trust me when I say that you will get a tough coach and a great friend rolled into one package.

When I started this journey initially I was very skeptical about the whole thing. I was 149.2 pounds when I started this amazing journey. I was an active person, worked out 5 days a week. I was not losing weight . I had gone into a maintenance mode. I thought if I work out at least, I would not put on more weight. I knew all along food was the culprit . I did portion control. Inspite, my weight would not budge.Then out of the blue, Sukan appeared and she took us for a wonderful ride on this amazing journey that she redefined for us. She told us by cutting out 1 item, we could see a big change in our body. Oh boy, wasn't she right!  I can say without regret that it is the best decision I have taken! I feel so much lighter physically, I have more energy,  I do not feel sluggish. Now I have lost close to 10 pounds and currently I weigh 139.9 pounds. I still have 5 pounds to lose. I am definitely going in the right direction. The best part is my clothes fit me so much better and I do get lot of compliments! My gym buddies say I am a lot skinnier and look younger! To conclude I would say I never thought this was possible and now I have to pinch myself and it is true. In a span of just 4 months so much change is visible, noticeable and it is mind boggling. All credit goes to you my friend....forever indebted to you!!.

Sukanya has been amazing in helping me move toward my weight loss goal and bring about an overall transformation in eating healthier as well as to motivate myself to workout. She has been an inspiration, diligently tracking my diet daily for a month to help me make permanent lifestyle changes. When I started, I was overweight and was struggling with self-esteem issues after the loss of my father. I lost almost 20lb in 2.5 months with Sukanya’s guidance and revived my love for life. I love going to the gym, I motivate a group of moms in my neighborhood to run a 5K with me every Sunday in the neighborhood, and have goals for building up my muscle mass that keeps me at it. Sukanya should call herself a transformation coach as it is far more than diet and weight that you end up fixing.
